The fight of the night was the title fight between Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno and challenger Alexandre Pantoja It was an amazing fight that had everyone out of their seats cheering on the two warriors! Moreno broke his hand in the first round and lasted the entire five rounds in defeat. The main event had Alexander "The Great" Volkanovski defending his belt against Yair Rodriguez. Volk proved to the world that he is still by far the best in the Featherweight division. He will have to have arm surgery and then he either fights Illia Topuria or a rematch with Lightweight champ Islam Makachev. Their were four fights that ended in less than 1 minute and that is a record for any UFC card. The most memorable one was Robbie Lawler in his retirement fight knocking out Niko Price in just 38 seconds!!

This great and special podcast episode starts with a UFC Jacksonville, Florida card breakdown. We briefly discussed the PFL and their big card briefly and the big stories that emerged. The NHL and NBA just hit their off season but a lot of stories are emerging with a lot of big events.
Illia Topuria was the biggest winner on the Florida UFC card! He dominated in winning the main event and getting the fight of the night victory over Josh Emmett. His performance has elevated him into the top five in the Featherweight Division and lined him up to be a top contender for the belt. There were a lot of other great fights and stories that came out of this good card.
The PFL held their final regular season card in Atlanta to determine the playoff positions in the Welterweight and Lightweight Divisions. Canadian Olivier-Aubin Mercier won his main event fight with a knockout win over fellow Canadian Anthony Romero. The Co-Main event also ended in a knockout as Sadibou Sy won via spinning wheel kick over Shane Mitchell! This KO immediately went viral and was one of the most spectacular finishes in MMA history. There was a big controversy that we discussed as well!
On this episode we discuss a bunch of NBA stories like the draft that just happened and the 20th anniversary of the 2003 draft. The NBA is just about to embark on their free agency period. There are a lot of rumors and speculation on who will sign where and we are excited to see what happens.
We also talked about the NHL who are holding their awards night tonight, the draft Wednesday and the Free Agent Frenzy starting Saturday.
We ended up with an F1 story about Michael B Jordan, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney leading an investment group supporting the Alpine team. They are obviously hoping to have similar success as the Wrexham Football Club they took over recently. Expect a reality show to emerge soon!

We did the podcast on Juneteenth day, a very important holiday.
We started with NBA stories like the big Chris Paul for Bradley Beal trade. We dug into the Draymond opt out and impending free agency, Lou Williams retirement announcement and Ja Morant's 25 game suspension. We broke down the UFC Vegas 75 card and previewed next week's card from Jacksonville!
The NBA world was rocked with this big trade between the Phoenix Suns and the Washington Wizards with guards Chris Paul and Bradley Beal switching teams. There was big news out of San Fran as Draymond Green opted out of his 27.5-million-dollar 1 year deal with Golden State to become a free agent. It will be interesting to see what kind of offers the 4-time champion gets! Lou Williams one of the best bench role players in NBA history announced his retirement from the NBA after a 17-year career. Finally with talk about the association we discussed the 25-game suspension handed down to Ja Morant for conduct detrimental to the league for posting himself waving a guy around.
We did a comprehensive break down of UFC Vegas 75 the featured an incredibly entertaining main event. Jared "Tha Killa Gorilla" Cannonier set a record for significant strikes landed on Marvin Vettori in an epic Middleweight battle at nearly 250 strikes. There were a lot of good performances from top to bottom on this card. Unfortunately, two fights were very poorly handled by the referees and one of them will be under investigation by the athletic commission. One ref is accused of severely screwing up a fight and being under the influence while doing so. The other referee had two huge errors in judgement on one fight and has been singled out for his mistakes. We previewed next weekends card that will take place in Jacksonville, Florida. The main event there is a great Featherweight battle between Josh Emmett and Ilia Topuria. We highlighted the top fights on the card and gave some predictions.
We finished looking ahead to the NBA Draft that takes place this Thursday in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center. We went over the consensus top ten lottery picks and the teams that are selecting them. We also showcased a few top Canadian prospects that are expected to be drafted or work out for teams over the summer.

The eyes of the sporting world turned to the North for the UFC and PGA who both had events in Canada!
The Canadian Open in Toronto will always be remembered for Nick Taylor finally breaking the 69 year drought for a Canadian winning the National open on home soil.
The UFC 289 card will likely be most remembered for Amanda Nunes and her retirement fight as well as the Canadians going 6 and 0 on the night. The fight card turned out to be almost perfect. There hadn't been a UFC event in Canada since they were in Vancouver September 14th of 2019.
The other big highlight of the weekend was Novak Djokovic getting his record breaking 23rd major win of his career. He was able to win the French Open for the big victory. He has passed Rafael Nadal who has 22 grand slam wins and Roger Federer who has 20.

We broke down game 2 of the NBA as Miami evened the series at a game apiece. After Denver's big game one victory a lot of people were almost willing to hand them the title. The Miami Heat decided to make some changes and got a huge 111-108 win in the second game to turn it into a best of five series. This is a big swing as the home court advantage now is in Miami's favour. We looked ahead and previewed the rest of the series.
Speaking of previews we did one for the upcoming UFC 289 fight card that takes place this coming Saturday in Vancouver BC Canada. There is a Womens bantamweight title fight headlining the card. Amanda Nunes puts her belt on the line against Irene Aldana and the Co-Main event pits two top contenders in the Mens Lightweight division against each other Former champ Charles Olivera battles Beneil Dariush among a lot of other great matchups.
The UFC had a fight card this past weekend called UFC Vegas 74. The main event pitted two top contenders in the Flyweight division battling it out. #3 ranked Kai Kara-France faced #7 ranked Amir Albazi and was absolutely robbed in a split decision that he clearly won. The poor judging the UFC has to constantly endure really was the main story that came out of this event. The Co-main event was the fight of the night as Alex "Bruce Leeroy" Caceres grinded out a huge win. One of the stars was 39 year old veteran Jim Miller who got a KO in 23 seconds to get a 50K bonus for his short work.

We can't say enough about the legendary 50 Point Game 7 performance by Steph Curry but we try. We preview the NBA 2nd round. We talked about the incredible and dramatic finishes in the NHL 1st round. The NFL draft was great to watch and absorb! The UFC and BKFC held cards and we broke them down.
Steph Curry has been considered the greatest NBA shooter of all time but he is way more than that and put another epic performance onto his resume for the Hall Of Fame! The 1st round in the Association is done now and we previewed the second round matchups.
The NHL had a couple of massive upsets as the Presidents Cup winners the Boston Bruins were shockingly beat by the upstart Florida Panthers. The same night saw witness to the 2nd year expansion Seattle Kraken beat the defending Stanley Cup Champion Colorado Avalanche in 7 games. A day before the two remaining Canadian teams sent their cities into a frenzy with game 6 victories to both move into the second round. When looking at the betting favorites now the Toronto Maple Leafs have the shortest odds and the Edmonton Oilers are second on the list. These two are keeping alive the notion that finally a Canadian team can end the Cup drought that is now 30 years long.
The NFL draft was great to watch as always as young men realized their life long dreams with their friends and families there to share the moments with them. Kansas City was a great host and it was great weekend.
The UFC Apex had a small card and Song Yadong was dominant in his main event win over Ricky Simon. There were some spectacular UFC debuts and an all around fun card to breakdown.
The BKFC held a card and had many former UFC fighters dominating the card and was probably the best event they have ever put forth. Try and check out some highlight you will be glad that you did.

The biggest event of the weekend was Gervonta "Tank" Davis getting a 7th round TKO over Ryan "King " Garcia. There was a Aarod trade finally. Lots of NBA drama especially with Kawhi Leonard and others, UFC held a small Apex card with a Russian getting the biggest win of the night!
This was a very busy sports weekend! Tank Davis became the face of boxing according to some and the stars came out in full force as boxing took center stage this weekend! Lots of our fans were wanting to hear Jason's take on this huge fight between two undefeated boxers in their prime! He has a great perspective and you have to check it out!
The long drawn out trade saga with Aaron Rodgers has finally culminated in a deal today to the New York Jets. Everyone was getting kind of sick of the whole ordeal and now it is nice that it is done. It is NFL Draft week and there will be a lot of stories to emerge and we don't have to hear about Rodgers for a few days at least.
Way too many NBA players are sitting out playoff games with small injuries and our host is calling them soft. What would happen if you called your boss and said you couldn't come to work because of a bruise or sore knee? These NBA players are constantly not showing up for games because of minor injuries and it is becoming very frustrating for fans and media alike,
Also Darren Campbell still calling the Russian athletes cheaters had to give props to Sergei Pavlovich for his performance in the UFC card in Vegas as he got a huge win over Curtis "Razor" Blaydes to earn a title shot soon. The UFC out on a smaller card probably because boxing was drawing the most interest in Sin City.
It was an extremely fun podcast episode and you should give it a watch and tell your friends and family!

The Association opened their playoffs this past weekend. Two of the top performances in victories were 38 points for both Kawhi in the Clippers win and De'Aaron in the Kings victory! Big injury news with Tyler Herro lost for the playoffs and Giannis banged up but should return. UFC returned to Kansas City and Max "Blessed" Holloway gets a huge win in his return to the cage!
We were able to break down all the series and the one game that was played in all 8 matchups. There was a bit of a preview for all of the series going forward. Upsets by Miami over Milwaukee, Knicks over Cavs, Clips over the Suns and to a certain extent LA Lakers over the Memphis Grizzlies. Blowout wins by Denver, Philly and Boston. Tight games were the Kings edging the Warriors, New York Knicks got by the Cleveland Cavs and the Clippers just beating the Suns. We are just finished before day 3 of the playoffs tip off!
The UFC returned to Kansas City 6 years to the day of their last appearance here. The Main event was a good battle as Max Holloway thrilled the US crowd as he beat the Englishman Arnold Allen who came in winning 10 in a row. There were two retirements after one fight for the first time in UFC history. Hometown boy Zak Cummings decided to call it a career at 38 years old after a big KO win. He knocked out Ed "Short Fuse" Herman who also decided to drop his gloves in the middle of the octagon and end his long UFC run at 42 years old. It was a fun card with a lot of great fights that we broke down.
One last note was the big announcement that Quarterback Jalen Hurts was given a $255 Million dollar contract extension. He led the Philadelphia Eagles to the Super Bowl last season and was rewarded and becomes the top paid player in the game.

A great historic NBA regular season concludes in style! The play-ins start this week and playoffs begin this weekend! Odell Beckham finally signs for $18 Million with Baltimore and Lamar is happy and coming back?
An incredible NBA season has been put to bed and the dance is upon us. First things first are the play-ins that has four teams from each conference battling it out to determine the two last spots on each side of the brackets! The top 6 in each conference have a spot and now await what happens to determine the last two positions. The Miami Heat hosts the Atlanta Hawks for the # 7 spot in the East. The LA Lakers host the Minnesota Twolves to grab the #7 spot in the East. The #9 seed Toronto Raptors host the #10 Chicago Bulls for a shot at #8 slot in the East if the can win two straight. The #9 New Orleans Pelicans host the #10 OKC Thunder for their own shot at the #8 spot in the West.
The UFC 287 was held in Miami for the first time in 20 years and it was an unforgettable fight card and event. One of the best moments in the combat leaders history happened in the main event. Israel Adesanya regained the middleweight belt with a huge knockout of his boogeyman Alex Pereira the man who dethroned him five months earlier! He became the first man to ever reclaim this belt after losing it. He likely cemented his place in the Hall of Fame and fight lore forever. Speaking of the Hall of Fame they announced that they are about to induct Canadian Rory McDonald and American Robbie Lawler for their epic fight at UFC 189 in July of 2015 that was one of the best fights in history. The other huge moment from Saturday was the retirement of "The King of Miami" Jorge Masvidal after losing a decision in front of his hometown crowd. A very loved veteran of 52 fights and a 20 year career he decided that the time was right to hang up his gloves and move into his post fight life!
We briefly touched on a couple news and notes from the NFL. OBJ signed a big $18 Million guaranteed one year deal with the Baltimore Ravens. Lamar Jackson seems happy and it might sway him to suit up with the team he has asked for a trade from. Ezekiel Elliot signed a 1 year $12 Million dollar deal with the KC Chiefs. Kansas City is also considered a front runner to sign DeAndre Hopkins after he was released by the Arizona Cardinals.

March Madness culmination tonight! Huge win LSU over Iowa for the women. Last week of the Association before play in week! UFC Purchases the WWE, Bust combat sports weekend Boxing, PFL and Bellator! It was a very fun weekend in the world of sports and we covered it in a lot of detail!
Basketball took center stage and many other sports tried. The final four was held on Saturday and San Diego State and UConn emerged as the last two standing at the dance. The final championship game takes place on Monday night a few hours after our podcast. Enjoy the end to an incredibly fun and unprecedented tournament. The women took the floor on Sunday for their final and LSU handily beat Iowa to become the champions of womens college basketball. Angel Reese from LSU won the most outstanding player of the final and she made some gestures that upset many in the world of sports. The controversy erupted into a lot of discussions and helped keep the women's game on the top of most sportscasts.
The final week of the 2023 NBA season is upon us and the dance cards are almost filled and we await the much anticipated play in games taking place next week. The winners of those games will complete the top 8 in each conference and finalize the first round matchups. This will be a fun week ahead.
Combat sports was in full swing over the weekend. The UFC didn't hold a fight card but still made huge headlines as they finalized their purchase of the WWE. This should help both organizations over the long haul. The UFC's competitors held cards as Bellator 293 took place on Friday and PFL had their opening card of the season. Boxing was quite prominent also on Saturday as Anthony Joshua headlined a big card from the O2 arena on Dazn!

This was a great episode doing a fun MLB Baseball preview show!

We discussed Shohei Ohtani, Mike Trout and the Angels year ahead. Vladdy should contend for an MVP this year and lead the Blue Jays back to the playoffs.
It was Dale Cory long time media member and die hard New York Mets Fan joined us to give his insight on the upcoming season.
We also welcomed Barry Grant Jr. (All Even Podcast host) in to break down the baseball season and provide us with some unparalleled knowledge and great perspective on the game.

The incredible March Madness tournament has been unprecedented and fun to watch. The UFC had a good card held in Texas, The NBA is into it's second last week with tons of storylines, Big trades are pending in the NFL!
We had such a fun time conducting this podcast episode as the world of sports continues to give us so much pleasure and excitement weekly. It is so nice to be a sports fan and getting to see such incredible athletic achievements on a regular basis. We started talking about the NCAA March Madness college Basketball tournament that has produced so many upsets and close games and incredible comebacks! Three teams made the final four for the first time in their schools history and it has been so fun to witness the unpredictability. This coming Saturday the final four takes place with No. 5 San Diego State vs. No. 9 Florida Atlantic tipping off at 6:09 p.m. EST 3:09 PST No. 4 UConn vs. No. 5 Miami (Fla.) tipping off at 8:49 p.m. EST 5:49 PST We can't wait!!!
The UFC was on location in San Antonio, Texas and delivered a lot of great fights and moments to remember. The Main event was a top contender battle between Cory Sandhagen and Marlon "Chito" Vera. It turned out to be a masterful performance by Sandhagen as he dominated and won a decision. Somehow one idiot judge gave the decision to Vera but luckily the other two seemingly competent judges gave the fight to the real victor. The UFC has to address this problem asap and stop the sport being harmed by incompetence. Their was a fight on the card that was one of the best comebacks ever and it was our signature moment of this event! Just watch and listen to the details of this extra special moment that reminds us of why this is such an incredible sport to follow and love!
The NBA is in the last stages of the regular season and it is really getting exciting to see the playoff matches take shape. We had a return of the King and rejuvenated hopes of La La land. The much anticipated MVP showdown fizzled out with a load management absence that really bothered our host. Other stories have been emerging and it is always great to hear the discussions about them.
Two former MVP's are on the trade block but moving at glacier speed and frustrating followers of the NFL. Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets seems inevitable but the trade is moving at such a slow pace it has become irritating and distracting. The saga between another MVP in Lamar Jackson reached another level today as the QB revealed that he has asked the organization for a trade. This seems also poised to last a long time before a resolution will be made. Their always seems to be stories to follow in the NFL and we will continue to deliver some great conversations about them.

We discussed the great UFC 286 PPV card, the crazy madness of the NCAA basketball tourney, The last 3 week's of the NBA season and the NFL free agent frenzy!
The UFC returned to the O2 arena in London for a big PPV card. The main event had home town Leon "Rocky" Edwards defending his welterweight belt in his trilogy fight with Kamara Usman. Their last fight took place in August and Usman dominated and was on his way to victory until he got knocked out in the last minute with a head kick. This one was very different as Edwards was the dominant fighter and retained his belt with a majority decision win over Usman. The fight of the night was the Co-main event as Justin Gaethje beating Rafael Fiziev by decision in a great battle! The rest of the card was great and fun to breakdown.
The NCAA basketball March Madness has had huge upsets and very close games throughout. The 2nd ever #16 seed to beat a #1 seed happened on Friday as FDU beat Purdue. The #15 Princeton Tigers are still dancing after two huge upset wins! It has been an absolute blast watching this tourney. The action picks back up this Thursday in the sweet 16!
The NBA enters it's last three weeks of the regular season. We discussed the top players in the East and West. The 76ers are the hottest team in the East and have risen to 2nd in the conference. Joel Embiid has been spectacular lately and has become the front runner for the league MVP. He was named the player of the week for the 2nd week in a row. Also for the 2nd week in a row Domantas Sabonis has been named the player of the week in the West. The Kings have also risen up the standings to 2nd in the West on a 11-2 run to become the hottest team since the All Star break.

A great discussion on one of the best NBA weekends ever! Huge games, Dame Time keeps getting better, Nikola Jokic closer to a third straight MVP. What an incredible weekend in the regular season. The highest scoring regular season game in history Sacramento beat the LA Clippers 176 to 175. Damian Lillard scorches the Rockets for 71 Points on an incredible shooting display! Nikola Jokic gets his 99th Triple Double of his great career in a big win 40 points 17 rebounds and 10 assists beating the Clippers in overtime. There were two big injuries in the Association Lamelo Ball broke his ankle and Lebron James injure his foot and will miss several weeks.
The UFC Vegas 70 card was dealt a big blow as just hours out the main event was canceled as Nikita Krylov was deemed not healthy enough to fight. Ryan Spann was probably the most disappointed person on the evening but there was plenty of others including us that were very unhappy with the cancelation. The main event became Arnold All In Allen vs Andre Muniz and turned out to be a good win for Allen. There were three Canadians on the card and two were victorious. It was a pretty good card with 6 finishes and they all received a 50 K bonus.
We previewed the huge UFC 285 Card that highlights the return of the G.O.A.T. Jon Bones Jones and his attempt to get the Heavyweight Title. Valentina Shevchenko makes yet another title defense and this time it is against Alexa Grasso. It is a very stacked card that is a can't miss event!
We discussed the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight from Saudi Arabia that was a pretty disappointing display of skill. The card was watched by a lot and the fighters made a ton of money.
We talked about some NFL and some of the top stories of the week. The story of Russell Wilson that just was released is quite surprising and shocking!

Great NBA All Star weekend with Stars Mac McClung, Jason Tatum, Damien Lillard, The UFC card from Vegas turned into a good event.
The 72nd NBA all star weekend from Utah was this past weekend. There was a lot to consume and enjoy. The were some stars that emerged that were predictable and others that really emerged from obscurity. Jason Tatum set records for scoring in the big game and won the MVP. Damien Lillard won the 3 point contest and continued his hot shooting in the main game as well. Mac McClung won the Dunk Contest and electrified a competition that was lacking in excitement the last few years. Jose Alvarado won the MVP of the rising stars game and was the only undrafted player invited. It was a pretty great weekend all around.
The UFC Fight Night 219/ Vegas 69 was fun to watch and great to breakdown. Watch and listen and make it a habit to watch the cards and the breakdowns and previews!
The XFL 3.0 had their opening weekend and it was a success! The new rules were fun to witness!

We had a bit of a slow weekend and unfortunately our normal analyst on Mondays Jason Cameron is under the weather today. Our host Darren Campbell did a solo podcast and covered the world of sports from his perspective!
We had the NBA's 72nd All Star weekend from Salt Lake City Utah. There was a lot of good things to watch and discuss from all of the events and gamers. There were a couple of complaints but all in all it was a great weekend for the Association. The top winners were Jason Tatum the All Star game MVP, Mac McClung the Slam Dunk winner and Damien Lillard the 3 Point shootout MVP, etc, etc. The UFC held Fight Night 219/Vegas 69 at the Apex in Las Vegas. The main event was changed late with an injury to Talia Santos but the fight was resurrected by Jessica Andrade.
Erin Blanchfield went into this fight as the underdog and ranked #10 against Andrade ranked #3. Blanchfield took advantage of her opportunity and got a huge win by rear naked choke in the second round. She wants a title fight next against the winner of Valentina Shevchenko and Alexa Grasso which takes place in less than two weeks. The rest of the card had a lot of great moments and was a ton of fun to watch.
The XFL 3.0 had their opening weekend this past one and it was quite the success. The rule changes took center stage at the end of one of the games and fingers crossed the NFL might adopt sometime in the near future.
Red McCombs passed away at 95 on Sunday and he was quite an influential figure in the world of sports owning two different NBA teams and an NFL Franchise also. He owned the San Antonio Spurs on two different occasions and the Denver Nuggets as well. He was also a former owner of the Minnesota Vikings NFL team. He is survived by his three daughters, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

We just witnessed the greatest Superbowl of all time as the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles 38 to 35 in Arizona! Patrick Mahomes took home the MVP award just outdueling Jalen Hurts the Eagles star QB. It was a fun and epic battle that will go down as the best ever.
The UFC was back in Australia for the first time in years in Perth this time. There were two belts on the line and a cheating scandal has hit the leader in MMA! Islam Makachev has had allegations of improper hydration through an I.V. been leveled against the champion. We will see if the allegations lead to an investigation and eventual suspension. A great card was broken down by our analysts and it was a fun watch and listen!
The NBA has hit All Star week and all the festivities start on Friday and culminate with thew big game on Sunday! Team Giannis faces team Lebron and the teams are picked 30 minutes prior to the game by the captains.

A very quiet weekend in the world of sports that we discussed.
It was a boring sports weekend with All star week in the NFL and the NHL but who really cares about those games.
The UFC had a fight card that was originally scheduled for Korea but was moved to Vegas because of an injury to the Korean Zombie. The card wasn't all that compelling and was even upstaged by Bellator and their inaugural card on CBS.
A very busy week ahead that we previewed.
The UFC 284 card is stacked with two title fights and a ton of great matchups.
The Super Bowl is just a few days away now. The Philadelphia Eagles are a slight favorite over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Lebron James is poised to become the NBA's all time leading scorer. King James will pass Kareem Abdul Jabbar this week. It was once thought to be an unreachable record but it will be passed this week in one of the Lakers home games.

The Super Bowl 57 matchup has been set. The Eagles took the first spot with a huge 31 to 7 win over the 49ers. The Chiefs avenged their defeat last year with a 23 to 20 win over the Bengals. Jalen Hurts vs Patrick Mahomes in as duel between the two best players in the league this season! It is shaping up to be one of the best Super Bowl games in history.
The UFC was supposed to take place in Korea this Saturday but The Korean Zombie had to pull out due to a serious shoulder injury. The UFC decided to pull the plug and have the event locally at the Apex in Vegas. A huge amount of Korean's litter the card with 10 fighters making their UFC debut. The main event has two titans battling it out with #7 ranked Derrick "The Black Beast" Lewis against #12 ranked Sergey #The Polar Bear" Spivak.
The NBA finished their rivalry week and we broke down a lot of the top matchups. The players of the week were announced and you should watch and listen!

This was a fun podcast breaking down the Divisional round of the NFL.
The Eagles dominated beating the Giants 38 to 7. They will now play the 49ers who beat the Cowboys 19 to 12 in the NFC Conference Championship. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the upstart Jacksonville Jaguars 27 to 20 to advance to the AFC Conference Championship. Their opponent will be the Cincinnati Bengals who crushed the Buffalo Bills 27 to 10. The games should be great next Sunday as we previewed them.
The UFC held a card in Brazil for the first time in three years. The card was veery stacked with two belts on the line and tons of Brazilians throughout. Two new Champions were crowned and it was a blast to watch and break down.
The NBA is having rivalry week this week and we are very excited to see the matchups. There was a trade between the Lakers and the Wizards. Lebron was named the player of the week for a record 67th time. He is phenomenal at 38 years old and in his 20th season it boggles the mind that he continues to be this good at his advanced age.

We were putting a wrap on an eventful weekend on Martin Luther King Jr. Day across the US!
On Sunday we got the word that Gino Odjick had passed away. He was a fan and player favorite in his 8 seasons as a Vancouver Canuck. He packed a lot of life into his 52 years and was a role model and great guy that will be sorely missed.

#worldcup #argentina #messi #mbappe #nfl #ufc #nba
We have reached the week of Christmas. This weekends wrap up included talking about the greatest game ever played.
The World Cup Final win by Argentina over France in a shootout(penalty kicks) 3.5 Billion people watched the game worldwide and the party in Buenos Aries was legendary. The game was epic with Lionel Messi finally hoisting the only cup missing from his resume. He cements his place as the G.O.A.T. and did it in dramatic fashion. Killian Mbappe from France almost pulled off the greatest single performance in history with a hat trick and a shootout goal to try and help France repeat as World Cup Champs.
Switching to Week 15 of the NFL there were games Saturday, Sunday and Monday to break down. On Saturday we witnessed the greatest comeback in history and on Sunday the worst play in league history. The Vikings came back from a 33-0 halftime score to beat the Indy Colts 39 to 36 in overtime. it was an incredible display of offense by Kirk Cousins(our Hero of the week)and his weaponry that second half. The dumbest, stupidest most boneheaded play in NFL history was committed by Jakobi Meyers(our zero of the week)! The Patriots receiver had the ball and with no time remaining on the clock in a tie game(Patriots Vs Raiders) he inexplicably decided to throw a pass across the field to his QB Mac Jones and ended up getting it picked off by defensive end Chandler Jones. Jones no relation straight armed Mac Jones to the turf and returned the ball for a game winning TD that could have knocked the Patriots out of the playoffs. It was outrageous and was the one of the dumbest sports moments of all time. The guys broke down the rest of the action and the playoff implications as they loom ever closer.
The UFC was holding its final card of 2022 at the Apex in Vegas. The main event was a middleweight battle between two top fighters of the weight class. Jared Cannonier was ranked #3 and he faced Sean Strickland ranked #7 and it turned into a 5 round strategic tactical battle with Jared getting his hand raised on a split decision. The fight of the night was Drew Dober getting a great TKO of Bobby Green in a highly entertaining bout that was widely anticipated. There were a lot of great fights on the card and it was fun to watch and break down. The UFC is on their Christmas break and won't have another card now until January 14th.
The NBA's two time MVP Nikola Jokic had another incredible night over the weekend with 40 points 27 rebounds and 10 assists for a historic triple double. There hasn't been a stat line like that since Wilt Chamberlain in 1968 . He has better numbers than those MVP years and could be the first to get three MVP's in a row since Larry Bird 83 to 86. Larry Legend is one of only 3 players have ever accomplished that feat with Bill Russell 60-63 and Wilt Chamberlain 65-68. Pretty elite company indeed. We discussed the latest foot injury to Anthony "Mr. Glass" Davis who is expected to miss a month with this latest setback. The lakers and Davis were rolling lately and looking pretty good but he just can never stay healthy and it deals a serious blow to their playoff hopes. This week is always great with the 5 big games featured on Christmas days and we can't wait for the big matchups.

This was an action packed podcast episode and the time flew by.
The NFL continues to have exciting games to watch and breakdown. The Eagles continue to dominate and won big to improve to 12 and 1 on the season. The other team that is turning heads is the Detroit Lions who have now won 5 of their last 6!
The UFC had it's final PPV of the year in Vegas for UFC 282. There was a lot of controversy with poor judging results wrecking a good stacked card. The main event had the Light Heavyweight strap on the line but it wasn't handed out to anyone because it ended in a terrible draw. UFC President Dana White called the main event terrible and one of our guys agreed but just one. The Co-main event was possibly worse as the judging seemed wrong as most people watching had Jared Gordon winning once it went to the scorecards. Unfortunately for Gordon and most of the fans Paddy Pimblett was declared the victor in a split decision that was a robbery. The rest of the card had great fights and fun instances to analyze and discuss.
There were some boxing fights over the weekend that were discussed and broken down. Terrence "Bud" Crawford was victorious with a 6th round KO. Teofimo Lopez won a controversial split decision, Manny Pacquiao was also in action in an exhibition match against a Youtuber DK Yoo. Mills Lane the longtime referee passed away last week at 85 years old and he will be sorely missed.
In the association we mentioned the Players of the week, The Toronto Raptors and a few of the top teams. Paul Silas passed away Sunday at 79 years old and there was an outpouring of support for the long time player and coach of the NBA.

This was a fun podcast episode with a guy living a fun fulfilled life. Trevor Jones was an athlete and it led to a friend suggesting he go to an audition for an NBA team. Trevor was perfect for the role they were looking to fill and he got the part and doors have been opening ever since. Clever Trevor became Trevor "Grizz" Jones the Vancouver Grizzlies mascot and he unleashed his immense athleticism and basketball skill on the world! He spent years as part of the incredible entertainment package the NBA delivers and was a highlight nightly on a huge stage! He also represented the NBA in the first ever NBA regular season game outside North America in Tokyo, Japan. Another highlight was winning the mascot dunk competition at the All Star game in Cleveland, Ohio and being at the spectacle that is All Star weekend!
His NBA exposure led to opportunities in the film industry and he nailed the auditions again and a new career was spawned. He started as a stunt double in Police Academy the TV series and soon after became the lead actor in a kids movie called Big and Hairy. It is great to hear about how one door closed and another door opened to a life long career that has provided him a great life and taken him around the world.
Trevor is still a great athlete and has a deep love for many sports and we got into a great conversation about many different teams he loves and supports. We discussed the Olympics and the the way it was embraced here. We were both watching the Canadian national soccer team at the World Cup and we talked about the fun it was to watch and support them. The conversation flowed into the Vancouver Canucks playoff run in 2011 and how the local people again embraced the team and got behind them with huge support. Also his Philadelphia Eagles have the best record in the NFL currently and it brings up the high point for their fans winning the Super Bowl in 2018 was also fun to reminisce about with a true fan!
We could have talked sports for days and we probably will going forward!
This podcast was a gem and so is Trevor we are certain you will appreciate the time he gave us to shed some light into his life.

We had a great night breaking down week 12 of the NFL.
Three games on Thanksgiving and a full slate of games on Sunday had a lot of talking points.
Week 6 of the NBA is in the rear view and we discussed briefly.
The UFC touches down in Orlando Florida this weekend with the main event featuring two top strikers in the Welterweight Division. The matchup between Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson takes on Kevin "Trailblazer" Holland in a great anticipated stand up war. There are a lot of compelling matchups on the card. The Co-main is another Welterweight matchup that should provide fireworks as former champ Rafael dos Anjos faces Bryan Barbarena. Enjoy the fights!

The World Cup of Soccer started this weekend amid a lot of controversy and issues but once the games start coming at us everyday the fun should overcome! The American team had their first game today as they finished in a 1-1 draw with Wales. The Canadian team gets underway with a game against Belgium on Wednesday.
This is the final day of week 11 in the NFL and there are a lot of fun games to break down. The Cowboys flexed their muscle in a blowout win over Minnesota. The Chiefs also showed their strength with a big win over the Chargers. There were a lot of great performances and we had fun dissecting them all. We have reached Thanksgiving week and the NFL showcase games are happening this Thursday!
The UFC had a dud of a card with not one ranked fighter on the entire slate after the main event was postponed. Derrick Lewis had to withdraw because of medical reasons and that thrust the co-main event to become it's main event. There were a few good moments on this card but they were few and far between.
In the Association The Golden State Warriors finally won a road game and set another record in the process. Klay Thompson was the star of the game and Steph Curry and Andrew Wiggins also put forth great shooting nights to contribute to the victory. The trio set the NBA mark with 23 3 pointers made between them setting a new record. Kyrie Irving finally returned from his suspension but there was still controversy swirling around the team. Anthony Davis had great efforts over the weekend and led the Lakers to two big wins.

After watching the UFC live together we decide to all do a podcast together. Stephane Cappelini and Jason Cameron provide the expertise breaking down UFC 281. It probably was the card of the year and provided an incredible night of entertainment. Two title fights were on the card and the Lightweight battle between Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler was the fight of the night and the most anticipated one of them all. UFC announcer Bruce Buffer got to yell "AND NEW" as both champions lost their belts and new champions donned the championship belts. Alex Periera shocked the MMA world as he knocked out longtime champion Israel Adesanya in the 5th round as he was close to losing on the judges scorecards if it went the distance. In the co main event Zhang Weili got her Strawweight belt back easily dispatching with the Champ Carla Esparza in a mismatch. Carla had won the belt for the 2nd time at UFC 274 in May of this year against Rose Namajunas.
We had a blast watching the UFC all together and it was fun doing this episode with all three of us.
Jason and I continued the conversation and broke down week 10 of the NFL and especially the Game of the year with the Buffalo Bills getting beat in overtime by the Minnesota Vikings. This was a game that highlighted some plays and excitement that enforces the reason why this is the most popular team sport on the continent. Justin Jefferson had a battle with Stefon Diggs as to who could provide the better catch and overall game to help their team win. Jefferson had what many are calling the greatest catch of all time in an NFL game. The game between Dallas and Green Bay turned out to be a great game that was also decided in overtime. It was really fun to break down another amazing week.
We briefly touched on week 4 of the NBA highlighting Joel Embiid, Steph Curry and the performances from the MVP front runners.

We had a great podcast with talking points starting in the NFL. Joe Mixon was the Hero (or SuperHero) of the week. with a 5 TD day. The Zero of the Week is Aaron Rodgers as Green Bay loses 5 in a row. Tom Brady passes 100,000 yards in passing. Week 9 of the NFL had a lot of great storylines to follow and discuss.
The UFC had a good card this past weekend but has blown up into a huge controversy with a betting integrity scandal. It seems like Darrick Minner had a pre-existing knee injury before he entered the Octagon for his scheduled fight. Somehow this injury news became known to bettors and the gambling community and led to huge amount of money being bet on this fight. This could change the sport for the better. The rest of the card was fun to breakdown and discuss.
The NBA has a ton of interesting storylines but the top story seems to be the suspension of Kyrie Irving and we have a lot to talk about on this subject.

An incredible week in the NFL with amazing performances by a handful of stars! It was fun to breakdown the huge individual and team games in detail.
We then went in depth discussing the UFC Fight Night Kattar vs Allen. The main event again finished early due to a huge injury but the rest of the card was good to watch and fun to discuss!
The conversation ended discussing week 2 of the NBA. We went into the good and bad of the association so far.

#Olympian #councilor #medalist #Happy #healthy #fulfilledlife
Thanks for tuning in to watch and listen to Evan Dunfee a highly successful, inspiring world class athlete and aspiring politician.
This was a special podcast episode with the Canadian Olympian Evan Dunfee. Evan developed a passion for sport and in particular long distance race walking at the age of ten. He set a goal to become an Olympian at that young age and accomplished that years later. He then much to his surprise became one of the stories of the games because of his selfless act of sportsmanship. When Evan finished 4th and just out of the medals and then was awarded 3rd place after a review the country celebrated. That celebration was short lived as he was then subsequently stripped him of that medal and he decided to not appeal that decision. You have to watch and listen to his story around those events. Eventually Evan continued his athletic pursuit and has travelled the world and continued his goal of being the best in the world at something. He won races and was on the podium at others and then finally got a chance at redemption at the Olympics and was able to get onto the podium and celebrate a bronze medal! His story is inspirational and heartwarming because his passion and hard work have created a happy, healthy and fulfilled life so far!
Evan was born and raised in the city of Richmond, BC Canada and in training has walked over 50,000 KM(over 31,00 Miles) in this community. He gained a new perspective of this community when the pandemic hit and he had an opportunity to live stream the political meetings in Richmond. He got inspired to make a difference and decided to throw his hat in the ring and run or in his case walk for a seat as a city councilor. He is in the last week of his campaign and joined us to discuss this pursuit and speak about his athletic accomplishments!
Thanks Evan for your valuable time and energy we really appreciate it.

An invitation went out to Barry Grant Jr.(from the All Even Podcast and the Gryd Network) this weekend to come in as an expert analyst on MLB, the NFL and the NBA. Barry was able to find the time in his busy schedule to join our host Darren Campbell and our weekly analyst Jason Cameron. This was a great breakdown of the NFL week 4 and the no energy lifeless UFC Zuckerberg card.
Another wild and wacky weekend in the NFL with upsets, comebacks and great performances!
The UFC held one of the worst cards in history with zero energy and emotion. We hope this was not a trend and just a one off event.

There were some incredible comebacks in the NFL that were fun to watch and also to breakdown.

Elias Theodoru was an MMA fighter, actor, stuntman, TV pitchman, cannabis advocate and more. He will be very missed after passing away yesterday from liver cancer at the young age of 34. We discussed Elias and dedicated this podcast episode to him and his lasting memory.
We went into a lot of detail in covering week 1 of the NFL. It ended tonight with a Seattle Seahawks huge upset win over Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football. Russell spent his first 10 years of his career in the Emerald City and this was his much anticipated return. He was loudly booed and it made the Hawks faithful very happy to defeat their former QB. There were so many great games and moments and we are so happy the NFL is finally back!
UFC 279 was this weekend and was a crazy mixed up card that had more twists and turns than a snake with an itch. Many fighters missed weight and so the fights had to be shuffled and new matchups formed. The best part was that Nate Diaz went out with a victory and could be celebrated for a long and great career. He won via submission over another OG and long time great UFC fighter Tony Ferguson. It was a fun card to watch and even better to break down.

We also previewed the upcoming NFL season and week one that starts this Thursday!
The historic first ever card in Paris France was highly entertaining and such a pleasure to watch. All five French fighters won capped off by the titanic victory by Cyril Gane over Tai Tuivasa. We hope that the UFC puts on another fight card in France very soon!
The NFL kicks off their season with a great Matchup between the defending Super Bowl Champion Los Angeles Rams vs the Buffalo Bills one of the top teams of the AFC. We previewed every week one matchup and gave our predictions for every division.

We have a great podcast for you as we go in depth discussing one of the best moments in UFC history.!
On Saturday we witnessed one of the greatest moments in the best sport on the planet. This was a real life "Rocky" script come alive as Leon "Rocky" Edwards shocked the world by winning the UFC Welterweight title with a last minute head kick KO of Kamara Usman. The consensus pound for pound champion Usman "The Nigerian Nightmare" was chasing history of his own by tying records of some of the greatest fighters in the history of the sport. Kamara was less than a minute away from claiming another victory and then the entire course of history was changed! This was one of the most incredible life changing few seconds where it was such a pleasure to witness live.
Our boys dabbled into discussing other sports with some of the top stories and they found some real great talking points.
Please check out our websites and support our partners and sponsors!
Enjoy, Take Care, Love Yah, Bye For Now!
We covered the UFC from top to bottom on a historic card. UFC Vegas 59 had no need for judges as every fight on the card ended in a finish!
We dabbled into the NBA and NFL and we had two big athletes who are tarnishing their image and it is hard to watch. Our friend from the All Even Podcast Barry Grant Jr. would call them the dummies of the week.(The greatest segment on the planet!)
Please check out our website for lots of content. Also there is a big bonus that we are part of the Complete Media Network which has all of your online needs under one umbrella.
Enjoy, Take care, Love yah, Bye for now! izona Cardinalls QB Kyler Murray both tested positive. We hope that the impact will be minimal and everyone can stay healthy.
This is a top quality podcast for the vault because we got to discuss the incredible life of Bill Russell as he passed away at the age of 88 this August long weekend. The passing of Bill Russell started a wave of tributes and posts to the Hall of Fame legend. The basketball resume of the 11 time champion is epic and the amount of things he accomplished off the court might be even more impactful. They broke the mould when it came to him and they were never be another like him
We covered UFC 277 like a blanket and had a fun conversation about all the most important fights and moments from the Dallas, Texas card. Two belts were on the line and both fights ended with a champion reclaiming their blet they had lost previously.Amanda Nunes was dominant in a big battle with champion Julianna Pena and seemed like the Lioness of old. In the Co-main Brandon Moreno KOed Kai-Kara France to regain the belt only it was the interim one this time. There were also a lot of great fights on the card and we broke them down in detail.
We are only three days away from the start of the preseason in the NFL. The Hall of Fame game from Canton, Ohio kicks off the year. the battle will pit the Jacksonville Jaguars versus the Las Vegas Raiders. The Desahaun Watson saga took another turn today as he was suspended 6 games pending appeal. Covid 19 could still impact this football season as news came down today that Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and Arizona Cardinalls QB Kyler Murray both tested positive. We hope that the impact will be minimal and everyone can stay healthy.
We have officially entered the cat days of summer and it is hard to get motivated to get out into the high heat! Our great analyst Jason Cameron spent the entire weekend at home and stayed cool and away from the ever rising heat.
Our host Darren Campbell was doing the same until Sunday and FOMO overtook him and he went to Summerville and Pro Wrestling to get some fun in.
We are officially in the dog days of summer with not too much sports going on at the moment. The biggest focus was UFC Long Island and the great card that had the title contender fight for the featherweight division between Yair "El Pantera" Rodriguez vs Brian "T-City" Ortega.
We were doing the podcast during the MLB All Star game Home Run Derby.
There were a few things to discuss in the NBA and it was fun to get into a come stories in the Association.
This podcast was the fun and enjoyable to record and you will enjoy watching and listening!
Jason was just back from a weekend away in Seattle to see the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners. Our host Darren was also sleep deprived but they both stepped up with a great breakdown of the weekend in sports!!!
We discussed UFC Vegas 58 with the two Rafael's facing each other in the main event...Rafael Dos Anjos vs Rafael Fiziev.
We have finally got a summer and people are now complaining of the heat! It has been highly anticipated and not welcome only a few days into a hot spell.
The UFC had a good fight night card that we broke down into a lot of detail. The main event was for a place in the top ten of the UFC's Lightweight division Mateusz Gamrot got a huge decision victory over Arman Tsarukyan in a very competitive and tightly contested battle.
This podcast comes on the last day of Spring on the eve of Summer and just after Fathers Day so lets celebrate!
We started this episode with a breakdown of a great UFC card that was incredibly entertaining from the first fight to the last! A UFC record was tied with 9 Knockouts and the fight of the night was the main event.
The NBA Finals is over and the Golden State Warriors have ascended to the top of the mountain again and hoisted their fourth title in the last 8 years.
This was a great weekend that was a celebration of a birthday and a deep dive into the world of sports! We covered the NBA finals that is tied at one game apiece.
The UFC Fight Night turned into quite the fun card and Alex "Drago" Volkov got a hug KO victory in the main event,.
We covered the boxing fight between George Kambosos Jr. and Devin Haney who became the undisputed lightweight champion with a decision victory
We finally have a NBA Final to look forward to between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics. The playoffs have been fairly disappointing this year with most games becoming blowouts, We all hope that this final is a tightly contested and lengthy matchup.
We previewed the upcoming UFC fight night card from Vegas this Saturday. The main event was a heavyweight battle between Alexander Volkov vs Jairzinho Rozenstruik and it should be a great standup striking war!
We had a great discussion about the NBA, UFC and boxing in this episode. They are down to the final four in the NBA as the Conference finals are now set.
The UFC Vegas 54 card was headlined by former light Heavyweight Champ Jan Blachowicz vs Aleksandar Rakic and was a great and tight battle. We talked about the big Showtime boxing card that featured a big Light Middleweight bout to crown the undisputed champ and gain all four belts.
We both came into this podcast at less than 100% and sick and hurt. This was the first podcast in three weeks. It turned out to be pretty good podcast episode even though both participants have ailments that rendered them much less than 100%. We covered the NBA playoffs, UFC 274 and the huge upset of Canelo Alvarez by Dmitri Bivol.

#NCAA #NBA #NHL #MLB #Masters #Tiger #Canadasoccer
We did a solo sports podcast today with Jason Cameron still on the IR list. Darren did a short wrap on the weekends sports and a big look ahead to a very busy week in sports!
We postponed the podcast for a couple of days to allow us to prepare a look ahead and to the watch the NCAA championship game in college basketball. It was a great tournament that culminated in the final pitting the #1 ranked Kansas Jayhawks vs the #8 ranked North Carolina Tar Heels. This was a game that was the tale of two halves. UNC was by far the better team in the first half and had a dominating lead up 15 by the score 40-25 in the half. The Jayhawks went into the locker room and made some big adjustments. Only 7 minutes into the second half they had erased the deficit and tied the game up! Kansas was finally playing defense and scoring and turned the tables and flexed their muscle. They ended up showing what had propelled them to a top seed and favorite to win the title. The final blow was when UNC's Armando Bacot reaggravated his ankle injury and David McCormack took advantage of the lack of size inside and scored the two biggest buckets to give Kansas the win. it was coach Bill Self's second title and fourth in team history. It was fun to watch and great to witness the culmination of the tournament.
We looked ahead to the last week of the NBA regular season. We looked over the top ten teams in each conference. The Raptors are in 5th place in the East and locked up a guaranteed playoff spot. The Lakers on the other hand were eliminated from playoff competition with yet another loss last night. It was a brutal year and they quite frankly did not deserve to be there.
We also went through both conferences in the NHL and discussed the playoff teams in each. The season would typically be finished by now but the NHL pushed their season later this year and so most teams have 10 to 12 games remaining.
The Masters golf tournament received a massive shot in the arm as Tiger Woods is returning after 508 days off as he recovered from surgery after a car accident 14 months ago. Tiger doesn't just move the needle he is the needle in the golf world and he became the top story in sports this week. It will be fun to see his return and the hype surrounding it.
The UFC 273 PPV is this weekend in Jacksonville, Florida. With two title fights on the line this card is shaping up to be epic! Khamzat Chimaev is getting a lot of attention as he returns to the octagon for the first time in a while. Don't miss this card or you will regret it.
The Canadian women's soccer team is playing two games in BC this weekend and the Olympic team will be honored at the game! We have tickets and can't wait to show our support and appreciation.

#UFC #Fightnight204 #UFCESPN62 #NFL #NBA #Lebron
The greatest fight night in UFC history just took place in London England at the O2 Arena. The energy and excitement was out of this world and so fun to watch. This podcast was highly anticipated as the UFC had one of the high water marks in it's history. The UK had a stacked card with a lot of top fighters from the country and the the boss Dana White was so happy that he gave out 50K bonuses to all nine fighters who got finishes on the card. Watch and listen to Jason Cameron and Darren Campbell have a blast breaking it down.
The NFL had a few big trades and signings over the last few days and Mr. Cameron had some great takes on the moves. Matt Ryan was traded from his team the Atlanta Falcons to the Indianapolis Colts in the biggest deal of the day. Jameis Winston signed the biggest deal of the day $28 Million over two years with the Saints.
In the Association the King is getting closer to ascending the top points scorer in history throne as he passed Karl Malone for 2nd all time. Kareem Abdul Jabbar is the only player ahead of Lebron James in career points scored and health permitting will become the all time scorer halfway through next season. We discussed the two conferences and the top ten in each.

#TomBrady #TB12 #NFL #Freeagentfrenzy #UFCVegas50 #NBA
The sports world was shocked as the G.O.A.T. left the pasture and returned to the NFL! Tom Brady lasted all of 40 days in retirement and put out a social media post to say he is coming back. Brady's announcement came on the eve of Free Agent Frenzy in the NFL and was a cataclysmic shift in the league. There was hundreds of millions of dollars handed out in contracts on Monday to free agents. We went into detail on many of the deals that were announced today.
The UFC card featuring Thiago Santos and Magomed Ankalaev was another main event that failed to live up to the hype and billing. The rest of the card had a lot of entertainment and we broke down the top stories that emerged.
The NBA is starting to get into the stretch run before the playoff and we also discussed many of the teams and great things that happened this past week.

We started this episode talking about the worst bets ever placed on sports in history. How do you wager $1500 and lose 10 Million you just have to watch to hear how it could happen.
Calvin Ridley made a terrible mistake and it will cost him dearly. The NFL franchise tag deadline is tomorrow afternoon and so there was a lot of stories about signings, trades and who is in line to get these franchise tags.
UFC 272 had a bitter grudge match as the headliner and another five rounder as the co-main. It was a disappointing fight as the sports biggest jerk won in convincing fashion.
We closed out the podcast talking about the association and the stories of the week in the NBA.

#Ukraine #Boycott #UFC #Vegas49 #NBA #NFL
The Russian invasion of Ukraine has shook up the world and most of the sporting world is asking for bans and boycotts for Russian teams and events. Our host Darren Campbell thinks that every Russian athlete should be barred from competing in any athletic endeavor individual or team sport.
The conversation started with talking about the UFC card from Vegas this past weekend. Islam Makhachev won the main event with a TKO over Bobby "King" Green. According to Darren he should never have been allowed to compete and the UFC is another league that should be banning any Russian from competing going forward. The card had a lot of interesting elements and these two have a great breakdown that you will enjoy!
The NBA is fully into the second half and there is a good exchange about the biggest trade of the season with James Harden and Ben Simmons switching teams. Harden had a historic start to his career with the Philadelphia 76ers while Ben Simmons had a setback in his attempt to return to play this season. We all look forward to seeing how this trade works out years from now! We spent some time discussing both conferences and the top 10 teams in each and how they have been playing lately.
We had a couple of short items to talk about from the NFL.

We had a great podcast on the long weekend holiday Monday. We dissected the UFC, NBA and NFL.
We had a Knockout of the weekend, month and year candidate in the main event of UFC Vegas 48 and Fight Night 201. The light Heavyweight division was put on notice as #12 ranked Jamahal Hill landed a massive shot to the temple of Brazilian Johnny Walker. Walker the #10 ranked fighter dropped like a tree and was severely knocked out and has now dropped significantly in the rankings. The rest of the card turned out a bunch of great fights.
The NBA had their big All Star showcase in Cleveland Ohio over the weekend. Steph Curry won the Kobe Bryant All Star MVP trophy with an incredible shooting display getting 50 points with 16 three pointers and set at least three records in the process. The other highlight of the weekend was the league bringing out the top 75 players in the history of the league.

Happy Valentines Day everyone I hope that you all had a nice day with your significant other. What better way to celebrate than breakdown an amazing weekend in sports.
The Super Bowl was a close, competitive game and a great ending to a historic NFL season. The playoffs have been phenomenal and it was a a massive event in the $5 Billion Sofi stadium in LA. The host team Rams won the game by a score of 23 to 20 over the upstart Cincinnati Bengals. The two big stars from the Rams were the best players on the field on Sunday. The MVP was Cooper Kupp who had the greatest season for any receiver ever. The defensive rock was Aaron Donald who won the defensive player of the year and was the catalyst for the victory. The Halftime show was epic and will probably go down as the best performance in the big games history.
The UFC 271 was a great card as the big middleweight title fight was the main event. Israel "The last Stylebender" Adesanya was defending his belt again against Robert "The Reaper" Whitaker. Izzy was the better man and kept his strap with a unanimous decision victory. The co-main had a big boy Heavyweight tilt on the docket Tai Tuivasa joined the upper echelon of the division with a huge KO of Derrick "The Black Beast" Lewis.
We closed out the episode talking about the NBA and the busy week behind with the trade deadline and the week ahead with the All Star game coming up.

#Convoy #Patriotic #NFL #SuperBowl56 #UFC #NBA
We started our talk tonight with a rant about the ridiculous Convoys that have been taking over the country. The protestors have disrupted the lives of way too many of their fellow citizens and have swayed public opinion against supporting their cause. Some of the protestors were considered essential workers through the pandemic and were cheered for their hard work and sacrifice. They have now become vilified and widely criticized for the havoc they have caused. Enough is enough and it has become time to stop the madness!!!
The sports conversation started by discussing the horrific football game that was the Pro Bowl in Vegas. It was the worst game ever played and it made a mockery of the sport. Lets try and forget it ever happened. This has been one of if not the greatest competitive seasons in NFL history and we hope that the Super Bowl played in LA this coming weekend puts a perfect cap on this season.
We Had a great breakdown of the UFC Fight Night Vegas 47. Sean Strickland used a great jab and takedown defense to beat fellow middleweight Jack Hermansson in the main event. There was a lot of great performances and it was a fun card to watch and dissect.
The podcast finished with NBA talk and we discussed a couple big trades and the deadline is fast approaching. The Association has always been known for a lot of trades and deals and this year is unprecedented in scope. The contenders and pretenders and rebuilds are starting to come more into focus as we get closer to the All Star break and trade deadline.
Please check out our websites and the great content throughout. www.completesportsmedia.com www.completemedianetwork.com

We wrapped up the month of January with a great breakdown of the weekend in sports.
We were especially excited about the Conference Championships in the NFL. The remarkable tightly contested games continued as both games came down to field goals being the winning margins. The two teams that made it came from very different perspectives. The LA Rams went all in this year to try and be the 2nd straight team to play the Super Bowl in their home stadium. The Bengals were not supposed to be here yet as they were the worst team in football just two short years ago. So Cinderella is invited to the ball and can complete the remarkable season with a victory in the big game. Enjoy Jason's breakdown and prediction for Super Bowl 56.
We discussed the top teams in the Association and got some great expertise from Mr. Cameron in the NBA top stories.
The UFC was next on the agenda as we looked ahead to the next Fight Night on the schedule. The main event is in the Middleweight division between #6 Jack Hermansson and #7 Sean Strickland. There are a lot of great matchups on the card and we can't wait to see the world leader in Combat sports back this coming weekend.

#Divisionalround #NFL #UFC270 #NBA
We witnessed one of the greatest games in NFL history and it capped off an epic and legendary sports weekend.
The Kansas City Chiefs outlasted their upstart rival the Buffalo Bills 42 to 36 in overtime in a instant classic game this past weekend. The two teams traded blows throughout and especially late as they put up 25 points in the final 2 minutes to force overtime. It was a lights out duel between Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen who have both entered the elite QB's in the league. The other three games were all decided by game winning last second walk off field goals. The Cincinnati Bengals upset the #1 seed Green Bay Packers 19 to 16 when they blocked two kicks in the game and their rookie kicker Evan Mcpherson hit a 52 yard field goal to win . The Chiefs host them next Sunday in AFC Title matchup which is the early game.
In the NFC the #1 seed also was upset this game featured the Green Bay Packers hosting the San Francisco 49ers. Jimmy G and his Niners did just enough to pull out the 13 to 10 victory as Robbie Gould got the game winning field goal. They travel to LA to face the Rams who also won their game on a last second field goal and blowing a 24 point lead to the G.O.A.T Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Bucs. it was a memorable and terrific display of top level football.
We covered the UFC 270 that was the first PPV card of 2022. There were two title fights on the docket as the Biggest and Smallest champs on the roster were defending their belts. Francis Ngannou remains the baddest man on the planet as he dispatched the challenger the previously undefeated Cyril Gane. The other title fight was a trilogy matchup between the Champ Brandon Moreno and the challenger former champ Deiveson Figueiredo fought for the Flyweight strap. The Brazilian Figueiredo regained his belt with a unanimous decision victory. This is setting up a fourth matchup between the two as the both have a win and there was a draw. This will be a highly anticipated rubber match that will likely take place in Moreno's homeland of Mexico. The rest of the card was entertaining and fun to watch and breakdown.
We briefly discussed the NBA and a few of the latest stories to emerge from the league.

The news was shocking today as we were quarantined as we were considered a close contact with people who tested positive for Covid. We were delayed by a day and now have unlimited time to do our podcasts.
This one started off as we broke down Super Wild Card weekend. We then previewed the four divisional matchup starting Saturday. The Tennessee Titans are the #1 seed in the AFC and they host the Cincinnati Bengals. The game of the weekend is shaping up to be the KC Chiefs hosting the Buffalo Bills. In the NFC the # 1 seed is the Green Bay Packers who host the San Francisco 49ers. The defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the LA Rams. These matchups should be great!
The UFC held a card for the first time in a month and the first one of 2022. The card as a whole was fairly dull but the main event made up for it. Calvin Kattar was phenomenal in beating Giga Chikadze for 25 minutes and winning by decision.
We covered a few teams and topics from the NBA.

We at Complete Sports were absolutely amazed at the NFL season coming down to the last game! The Sunday Nighter was a very memorable game and eventually decided the last two spots into the playoffs. It came down to the last play of the game and must have made the league officials very happy!
It was nice to welcome Jason Cameron back into the Complete Sports Media podcast studio for another fun breakdown of the NFL, NBA and UFC.
We started off by catching up as we haven't done a podcast in three weeks. Some funny stories were exchanged.
Then we started breaking down the NFL playoff matchups and the end of the longest NFL season ever! We had fun talking about two comebacks with Klay Thompson playing for the first time in 941 days and looking healthy and playing well. Also we discussed Kyrie Irving and his return from forced hiatus because of his vaccination status. We talked in detail of many of the key stories in the Association over the past week.
The UFC took a break from events over the holidays and is about top end their hiatus this Saturday. The Fight Night has Calvin Kattar facing off against Giga Chikadze in the main event in the featherweight division. This was such a great way to kickoff the New Year of 2022! We invited Barry Grant Jr. from the All Even Podcast to join us for a podcast to breakdown the weekend of sports in the NFL and NBA.
It was week 17 of 18 in the NFL and the playoff teams are getting into their positions for their playoffs which start in less than 2 weeks. Heading into the weekend there was only 6 teams that had clinched a playoff berth so far. there was still 18 teams alive for the last 8 spots. We had Barry break down the top seven seeds and few teams in the hunt in both conferences. We absolutely love his takes and he was at an all time best tonight!
We talked about some of the top teams in the NBA and the Lakers who were supposed to be one of them. We had Barry discuss his most frustrating person in the history of sports Russel Westbrook and it is a can't miss take.
Thank you for your valuable time Barry we appreciate it and look forward to more great takes from you in the future!

This is an in depth breakdown of the big UFC 269 card, week 14 of the NFL and the NBA. The final Pay Per View for the UFC of 2021 was memorable and historic. There were two title belts on the line and there was a lot of anticipation for this card. The co-main event was the championship fight in the women's bantamweight division. The champion going in is the GOAT Amanda "The Lioness" Nunes and she has been rarely tested. Juliana Pena was supposed tp be the latest victim to fall at the hands of the Champ. The oddsmakers had the line at around 10 to 1 in favor of Amanda. Well the reason why they schedule fights and play the games is that upsets are always a possibility. This night the unthinkable happened and the belt changed hands as the "NEW" UFC Bantamweight champion is Juliana Pena the holder of the biggest upset in the sports history! It has sent shockwaves through the MMA world and we discussed it at length. Of course we also talked about the Main event where Charles Oliviera defended his title and beat "The Diamond" Dustin Poirier with a rear naked choke in the 3rd round. We had fun watching and breaking down this legendary card.
We did an extensive review of week 14 of the NFL and discussed the top seven seeds in each conference. . Many familiar teams have risen to the top In the NFC the Packers, Bucs are the top two seeds. In the AFC it is New England once again the #1 seed and the Chiefs and Ravens are the third and fourth seeds. We had a blast watching and then doing an in depth analysis of every team and their latest performance.
We finished as usual with a little NBA coverage. Steph Curry is on the verge of becoming the career all time 3 pointers made leader. He will pass Ray Allen tomorrow night at the World's most famous arena Madison Square Garden. It will be fun to witness and will be remembered for many years to come.

#NFL #Week13 #UFCvegas44 #Fightnight #NBA
We had a great conversation about week 13 in the National Football League! We went through the current top 7 playoff teams in each conference and broke down their games and performances. This unprecedented season continues to surprise and amaze everyone who follows it closely as we do.
We dissected the great UFC card featuring top bantamweight contenders Jose Aldo and Rob Font as the headliners. That turned out to be a great fight and further solidified "The King of Rio" Aldo as one of the GOATs of the sport. Another legend Clay Guida also had a great performance albeit in an epic comeback. We really had a blast watching this card and breaking it down.
The NBA rolls along and we got lucky this week as the schedule had tow back to back contests with the top two teams in the Association. The Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns have been far and away the best basketball teams this season and they both flexed their muscles and they split the two games. It has been a pleasure watching these two play the game the right way and have great success. Some of the other stories of the week and top teams were discussed.

# #NFL #NBA #UFC #weekendwrapup This was a great podcast as we covered the sports world in the best detail.
We started by covering week 12 in the NFL and discussed the playoff teams from top to bottom in both conferences. The Arizona Cardinals are tops in the NFC and the Baltimore Ravens are now the top seeded team in the AFC.
Our conversation turned to the NBA and the stories emerging from the league. We are on the eve of a titanic matchup between the 18-2 Golden State Warriors and 17-3 Phoenix Suns as they play tomorrow night and Friday to see who is the best in the west so far.
We previewed the upcoming UFC card featuring the main event in the bantamweight division between the veteran legend Jose Aldo and and up and comer in Rob Font. It has a lot of great matchups and should be a fun card to watch and breakdown.

#Livemusic #Lunch #NFL #UFCVegas43 #NBA
This is the 150th Complete Sports Media podcast in our history! This was a fun conversation that you should watch and listen to! We talked about our weekend and finally getting out to see live music. We also watched a bunch of sports and we wrapped it up with this conversation.
Our afternoon started with one of the best sandwiches that we have ever had and it just kicked off a great day! We had a good chat about week 11 in the NFL. There were some upsets again but also a few top teams flexing their muscle and getting big wins.
The UFC unfortunately held their worst ever card in history and subjected us to a brutal day of fights. The entire card was full of decision wins except for one lone submission victory and no knockouts. It was slow methodical, boring and was not compelling at all. Our discussion turned to the worst UFC cards in history and UFC 33 and UFC 149 were talked about in detail.
The NBA had an ugly fight over the weekend and got a lot of unwanted exposure that showed a bit of an ugly side of the game. Lebron James and Isaiah Stewart got into a fight and it escalated and became out of control. Lebron James was kicked out of the game and suspended 1 additional game and Stewart got 2 games for his part of the altercation. We talked about the firing of head coach Luke Walton from the Sacramento Kings and Alvin Gentry taking over. Our conversation turned to the top teams in the league and it was fun to breakdown.

We covered the UFC Vegas 42 from the main event to the entire prelim card as well. The Featherweight battle between Max "Blessed" Holloway and Yair "El Pantera" Rodriguez was an epic main event from two of the worlds best.
We just briefly discussed the NBA and a few top stories that are making headlines this past few days.

This weekend was one of the best of the year with the best UFC card of 2021, Canelo winning in dramatic fashion, the NFL and NBA having great weekends!
Week 9 of the NFL was the strangest weirdest weekend in years. There were huge upsets and so many QB's M.I.A . that it was a bit shocking. The Bills were upset by the lowly Jags, The Cowboys were humiliated by Denver. The Cardinals and Titans remained the best teams record wise in their respective conferences. It was fun to watch and breakdown!
The UFC 268 card from Madison Square Garden was epic and became one of the best fight cards of all time! There were two belts and many lives on the line! It made our Saturday night as well as millions of others. The two titles fights were great but the fight of the year goes to Justin Gaethje VS Michael Chandler!!! Enjoy the analysis and try to find the fights online to be entertained out of your socks!!!

#Halloween #November #NFL #UFC268 #NBA
This was a fun weekend wrap up of the world of sports! We covered week 8 of the NFL . There were 2 huge injuries to Derrick Henry and Jameis Winston that rocked the league and two franchises. We also talked about a coupe big upsets and especially The New York Jets beating the Bengals.
We had a great conversation as we looked back on UFC 268 and we started with the two title fights. Glover Texeira became the Light Heavyweight Champion of the world at 42 years of age and 7 years after his first opportunity. He was very dominant in his win over Jan Blachowicz. Petr Yan was the better fighter as he captured the interim Bantamweight belt with a win over Cory Sandhagen. This was an amazing card from top to bottom and we had a great breakdown.
Our focus turned to the NBA and we went over the contenders and pretenders and surprises in the league so far.

This is an action packed podcast with so much happening this weekend and the week ahead.
We started our episode off with coverage of week 6 of the NFL. The Cards remained the only unbeaten team and the Lions are the only winless organization. The contenders and pretenders are really emerging as the first third of the season comes to a close. We broke down every game in detail.
We dissected the UFC Fight Night from Vegas. The main event was a pretty terrible fight between Norma Dumont and Aspen Ladd that probably put people to sleep. It was nice to see appearances and wins from veterans Andrei Arlovski and Jim Miller.
We are on the eve pf the 75th anniversary season of the NBA so we went in depth and talked about the top teams in each conference. It is exciting that the season is upon us and it was fun to preview it.

#Thanksgiving #NFL #Boxing #UFC Hello fans of the Complete Sports Media Podcast, have a Happy Thanksgiving!
We put a wrap on week 5 (except for the Monday Nighter) of the NFL. The Cards remained the only unbeaten team and the Jags and Lions are winless. The big game was the Chiefs and Bills as Buffalo exacted revenge and got the huge win. The Chargers and Browns were involved an old fashioned shootout as the Chargers emerged as a top team in the AFC. Tom Brady had his best performance of his career as the defending Super Bowl champs flexed their muscle.
We discussed the epic instant classic Heavyweight title boxing fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder. Fury retained his belt with an 11th round knockout of Wilder who almost beat the champ with two knockdowns of Fury in the fourth round.
The UFC had a smaller card and early as to not be overshadowed by the biggest fight in Vegas as boxing took over the city for this night. The women emerged as the top competitors on this card as they took the four fight bonuses. The main event between Marina Rodriguez and Mackenzie Dern was the fight of the night.

We have survived this pandemic by following sports and loving life with an intense purpose driven life! The pandemic shut down live sports for a long stretch but they came back. Many teams and leagues started play again without fans in the stands.
We have endured 571 days of no live NHL hockey with the ability to go and cheer on our local hockey team the Vancouver Canucks. We were at the last game in Rogers arena March 10th 2020 vs the New York Islanders. Fast Forward to the present October 5th 2021 we can finally go live and cheer on the home team live and in person. The Canucks are playing host to the Seattle Kraken tonight and we can't wait to finally be back in an arena with our fellow fans.

#Norm #Comedy #Legend #Mothstory #Canadian #RIP #RainCity #Roxy #PT1
We wanted to do a podcast to remember Norm MacDonald the stand-up comedian, writer and actor and one of the best funny storytellers in history.
We did this podcast in two parts because of some technical difficulties. On September 14th the world was hit with the news that Norm had passed away from Cancer at the age of 61. The deadpan style of humor that he shared with the world raised an ordinary shy Canadian kid to a comedic legend loved and hated by many.
Our guest today got to meet and spend time with Norm over the years and we couldn't think of a better guy than Greg Kettner to do a show as a tribute to the comedy legend. Greg is a legend is his own right especially in the Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Blue is still talked about in numerous places in Rain City obviously at the local comedy venues, the Roxy, the Narrow Lounge, the Elbow room and especially with the Vancouver Canuck's organization. Vancouver has been dubbed No Fun City before and it took on the nickname even more after Greg moved away to Walla Walla Washington. Greg's presence around Vancouver was a blessing and was sorely missed when he took his talents south of the border. Take some time to watch and listen to this podcast episode to hear about his encounters with the legend that was Norm MacDonald. We had some technical difficulties trying to play some video clips and so we eventually finished the podcast in two parts! Enjoy!

#UFCVegas36 #UFCfightnight191 #UFCESPN31 #NFL #NFLOpeningweek
This was a fun and entertaining podcast episode as we discussed the UFC, NFL and NBA!
We covered the UFC in great detail! This card was supposed to take place in England and could not because of Covid so they still kept the start time very early in North America. Derek Brunson took a huge step into the UFC Middleweight Title picture. He handily beat Darren Till and should be next up to face the winner of the Champ Israel Adesanya and Robert Whitaker. The highly entertaining card was full of English fighters and two Canadians.
The NFL season starts in three days with a huge matchup between the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Bucs vs the Dallas Cowboys. We went through each division and gave some predictions and insight.
The NBA was briefly touched on and just to comment on how the arms race has kind of just come down to two teams The Brooklyn Nets and the LA Lakers. They both have a big three and now both have a plethora of high end veteran talent on both rosters!

Earlier today we heard about the possibility of this Province changing it's name and how mad the reports made our host! There is a bit of a viewer warning as the language gets quite colorful and full of expletives as he went on a tirade!
When the conversation turned to sports the first topic was the celebrity boxing match between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley. A detalied and lengthy discussion ensues! We discussed the UFC Vegas 35 or ESPN 30 card which had a lot of great fights top to bottom. The main event had veteran Edson Barboza facing Giga Chickadze in a battle of high level strikers. They gave many insightful comments and a great viewpoint.
The talk turned to a couple of subjects in the NFL especially the possible postponement of the game in New Orleans to start the season. Hurricane Ida has brought evacuations and damage to the Lousiana town. Carson Wentz has landed in Covid protocol and is now again in jeopardy of missing opening day after surgery was originally thought to be the delay.
The NBA rumor mill continues to churn and has so may players changing teams and we discussed some of the reports.

#Longweekend #Festivals #Stag #Whistler #NBA #Freeagency #NFL #UFC
We had a great long weekend capped off with a riveting conversation of the world of sports!
We started off the Podcast with a conversation about the impending deadline for free agency in the NBA. There will be a flurry of action today and eventually deals signed that could total 2 to 3 billion dollars in contracts. Chris Paul opted out of his $44 Million dollar player option and Kawhi Leonard opted out of his $36 Million dollar deal and both are looking for longer contracts for more money.
We got into some NFL talk as some stories are coming out of training camps. There is a sad story and a really funny one so listen and watch! We finished up this podcast discussing the UFC and the latest card from Saturday. The main event had Sean "Tarzan" Strickland putting a beating on Uriah 'Prime Time" Hall in the Middleweight division. In the Co-Main Cheyenne Buys got a huge head kick in and got a TKO victory early. In fact it was the fourth fastest Knockout in the Women's Strawweight division. There were a lot of great fights on the card and it was fun breaking it down.

This was a fun breakdown of a very busy weekend in the world of sports!
We started off talking about some huge trades in the NBA. We put a capper on the NBA season. We kept talking about basketball but discussed the Olympic tournaments and especially the big US loss to France to open the games. There was also some chat about the Canadian women's loss to Serbia in their opening basketball game.
We got into discussing more of the Olympics from Tokyo and how the nations are doing and we talked about the new sports that have been added to the games for the first time.
We talked about some NFL QB's and the disputes they had with their respective teams. Aaron Rodgers looks poised to sign a new contract with Green Bay and Deshaun Watson wants out of Houston and the are trying to trade him finally.
The UFC card was full of comebacks and should forever be known as the comeback card! TJ Dillashaw was returning to the Octagon after a two and a half year absence. He was caught doping and was given a two year ban from the sport. The former two time bantamweight champion was able to pull out a huge win over Cory Sandhagen in his return. The rest of the main card all had comebacks from early adversity and was one of the most entertaining cards of the year.

This was a fun podcast as we broke down the UFC and the NBA Finals! The UFC had a Fight night card at the Apex in Vegas. It was Islam Makachev vs Thiago Moises and the fighter from Dagestan was far superior in every way. The Co-main event featured Meisha Tate returning from 4 years of retirement. Speaking of retirement her opponent Marion Renau said this was her last fight of her career. Tate won handily getting a TKO in the 3rd and not looking rusty at all. The entire card was great and we dissected it throughout.
The NBA has reached it final week as the Milwaukee Bucks won the games in a row to be on the verge of franchises first title in 50 years. Game 2 goes tomorrow in Milwaukee and the Bucks are favored as they are 9 and 1 at home this postseason.

We broke down game 2 of the NBA as Miami evened the series at a game apiece. After Denver's big game one victory a lot of people were almost willing to hand them the title. This is a big swing as the home court advantage now is in Miami's favour. We looked ahead and previewed the rest of the series.
